The cottage, built in 2021, is 160 sqm. The timber-frame house features 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

The pine forest area covers almost one hectare and has everything needed for a perfect family vacation. For those who enjoy activity, a basketball court has been set up. For pleasant sitting and friendly conversations, there is a gazebo and two terraces. The property also includes a fenced garden with fruit trees. A garage is provided for the car.

As the seasons change, you will enjoy the views of the pine forest through the Scandinavian-style tall windows, and there’s always something to do, no matter the weather: swim and ski, observe birds and animals in Labanoras Forest, or warm up by the fireplace.

You can reach the center of Vilnius by car in 50 minutes, and Labanoras town is only 6 km away.
